Cabinet Painting Process

Day 1

Disassemble doors and drawers from the cabinet. We will sand off previous finishes or stains to have a better surface to work on. Following that we will label and store hardware throughout the painting process. This helps to maintain a level of organization and fluidity while working.

Day 2

Spray are is setup and all non-painted surfaces are covered from paint splash. If needed we will send cabinets parts to our shop for painting. Before we prime all areas, all existing cabinet hardware will be cleaned.

Day 3

With a cabinet being painted for the first we will apply a base primer to all area. This includes drawers, doors and cabinet frames and bases. For the best result we will spray with a durable topcoat that will last for years when done correctly. The aim is to provide longevity with our cabinet painting.

Day 4

After all sanding processes are completed , a vacuum is used at the final stage of dusting after thoroughly dusting cabinets off. Following that all finishing coasts are applied numerous time to cabinet.

Final Painting Process

Day 5

Return all cabinet properties to the project location to be installed. Reassemble all properties, remove skin from floor and surface. Ensure all doors and drawers opens and close correctly. A final clean up is done followed by a walk through with you to ensure that all grounds were covered.
